Please use your registered e-mail id and password to sign-in to the abstract submission portal

Abstracts to be submitted via the online submission portal only

Abstracts submission via other modes such as e-mail or any offline mode is prohibited

The Submissions Open on 30^th  May 2024 onwards

The Submissions shall close on the midnight of 7th^th November 2024

You may present your abstract online

Acceptance shall be notified latest by 22^nd October 2024 to the submitter via an e-mail.

Please upload your abstract in the attached sample format only else your abstract may get rejected

The scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign presentation type to the abstract. However, the submitter may register the presentation preference on portal.

Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail

All confirmed presenters would be required to pay the registration fees before 15 th October 2024, to avoid cancellation of papers.
